What do you do when your insensitive man is taking away your strength?

	My husband has turned into one of the most insensitive men I know. He forgot my birthday, our anniversary and the anniversary we used to celebrate of when we first fell in love. We have been married for five years and this has just started happening. I don't know what to think. When I approach him about this he brushes me off. He acts as if I don't exist anymore. Could he be having an affair? What should I do? - My Insensitive Man in AZ

	He could be having an affair or he could just be getting older. Sometimes we forget things as we age. Before I throw the book at him, I'd have to know more. It may be possible that he is having medical issues that are causing him to become forgetful. It is also possible that he could be unhappy in your marriage. Before I condemn him, I would suggest that you talk with him about counseling. If he won't get counseling, won't talk about what is going on and won't interact with you, then you may need to talk to a good lawyer. Try communication first. Make sure you try hard!
